Hobbies/ Interests
Traveling is a huge aspect of my life as well, I love traveling and exploring new places, or even just exploring within my own hometown. There is always something that we can learn from other places and other people. I like traveling because it allows me to see things in a different aspect, broadens my horizons, and opens my eyes to something more than just what is around me. Traveling allows me to center myself as well as humble myself; not many people get the opportunity to see how other places in the world, and it really makes me grateful for the people and things I do have in my life.
Softball has been a huge influence in my life, I started playing as a little girl in tee ball and fell in love with the sport. This sport has taught my many aspects of my life that I use at work, at my internship, inside and outside of the classroom as well. Teamwork, competitiveness, dedication, loyalty, passion, how to succeed, how to lose, integrity, and sportsmanship just to list a few. Softball has been a vital component in my life and I am glad that I get to experience the rush of the game still while also having it teach me things about myself in the process. Softball also helped me to decide of my future career, athletic training, because of the experiences I had in our training room while I played during high school.
